If you meet any of the following criteria, you MUST have a Baseline Concussion Test done before you will be allowed to participate in tryouts.

Players:
- In 7th, 9th, or 11th grades
- New to Brookville sports
- New to the school

High School Players:
Friday, Feb 15 at 3:15pm at Mrs. Breanne Piatt’s Office (Athletic Trainer) at the High School

Middle School Players:
Contact Coach Gerry Anderson or Ms. Jessica Leary immediately to coordinate a time during the school day to do this.
