B Team Tryouts for 7th and 8th Graders
April 12 & 13: 6 – 8pm
Brookville Middle School soccer field

- Sports Physical required – Can be done at Urgent Care centers for around $30-40 – print the attached form and take it with you. Turn the form in to Coach Josh Daniels at Brookville Middle School

- Baseline Concussion test required – Who needs it?
>> All 7th graders (unless done already for another sport earlier this year)
>> 8th graders that did not participate in sports in 7th grade or are new to the school
>> Email Mrs. Jill Whorley to schedule it: Jill.Whorley@campbell.k12.va

- Must wear Cleats and Shin-guards
- Bring a pair of sneakers in case we must go indoors due to weather
- Bring your own water
